About This Program

OSCTC is housed inside The Job Center - the eight-and-a-half-acre OhioMeansJobs Montgomery County workforce campus on South Edwin C. Moses Blvd, a five-minute drive from downtown Dayton and Miami Valley Hospital. The 75-hour hybrid program is Ohio Department of Health approved and covers body mechanics, anatomy, infection control, communication and resident rights. Graduates receive the Ohio Nurse Aide certificate and qualify to sit for the D&S Diversified Technologies/Headmaster STNA examination. OSCTC is also an approved WIOA training provider, so eligible students may attend at no out-of-pocket cost.
