With NO compassion or interest she replied with just wanting my deposit????\nWho just gives money without any understanding. Mrs. G's training course was great, she is also flexible. Certified Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, and Medical Assistant were the courses I completed there. The classes were very hands-on, and the clinical sites were phenomenal. The clinical uniforms were very stylish. Like myself, if you're a person who doesn't like large classrooms and needs a little one-on-one. What a Blessing is a place to be. You can get your certifications in a short amount of time. Whereas someplace can take up to a year or a half-year to complete. I started my CNA course in mid-June, then my phlebotomy two weeks after I finished. once I finished PBT a week later, I took the medical assistant course, which I finished on December 16, 2022. I completed three certification classes in six months with knowledge, understanding, and training. As you would in any other college.  Last time I gave blood is the last time in this area. The person who initially started my blood donation at the Rincon YMCA was horrible. They blew my vein out and they were not very clean. They kept touching and moving the needle, so much so that this persons coworkers told them to stop and then put them on a break. The nicer ladies did their job correctly and finished it out for me. A few minutes later I go sit down for a snack and that same worker that was on break, cuts in front of me and raids the snack table first. Stuffing their pockets full of snacks there for donors. It's fine if it's allowed but you're jumping ahead of someone who needs to sit and recover for a minute.\nThen a few weeks later I get a notification that my blood was positive for a certain contamination  I had to go to the doctor to get a clean bill of health.  All is good but I am sure it had something to do with  the way\nthat person treated me and my donation to begin with.  Never any help  My wife signed up for the Adult And Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED-BL. She completed the online portion and showed up today for her in-class instruction portion, and no one was there. The class was scheduled for Jan 5, 2020, at 0900-1045 at 41 Park Of Commerce Way Savannah, GA 31405. The building was closed, and they had signed on the doors with numbers to call different numbers. My wife called the numbers on the door, and she was told to wait. She waited 10 mins and then called the number again and was told it had started at 0830, she told them the email and website both said 0900, and it was then 0916.\n\nThey then told her that the office has been closed and that there was no class at all. There were 6 others present for the same course, and they all begin to call the numbers on the door and the Red Cross directly. She was told that the class was made through a 3rd party; therefore, it was done unofficially. She asked to speak to a manager and was told they could not give any numbers but give everyone a call back with a solution. They ended up giving the instructor's number to call and reschedule. Upon my wife coming home, we received an email stating the following: Your enrollment in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED-BL on 1/5/2021 has been canceled. We called the Red Cross directly. After holding for 20 minutes, they confirmed that the class was canceled and everyone would receive their refund.\n\nThis all is VASTLY unprofessional. This office wasted everyone's time, and instead of giving us other training dates, they simply canceled the course. I can not believe people work here and think they can just waste people's time, money and just make excuses. Now my wife needs to sign up for another course, take more time out of her day to redo the online portion, and possibly go through the same thing all over again.
