I recently took the BLS course with George Dougherty and I found it to be extremely informative.  This class was Hands-On with up-to-date Hi-Tech manikins. I highly recommend this class for anyone who needs to renew their BLS or CPR I got into a class very last minute, the whole experience was excellent. I contacted them and they replied quickly even though it was later in the evening. Would recommend to anyone! Very informative instructor. Made sure to thoroughly explain each step and also made sure I performed each technique correctly. Highly recommend. Awesome CPR training course! I feel very confident in my ability to perform CPR after this class. I attended the BLS class with George Dougherty. His instructions were hands on, very clear, and he offered plenty of real life scenarios and personal anecdotes that helped apply the course. George is very knowledgeable with extensive experience in the medical field, I would reccommend his class to any prospective health care professional. For a visual learner like me, this class was just what I needed! The class offered videos supplemented with hands on training, and real life scenarios that put everything into perspective! The instructor genuinely cared for your success and answered all questions ! I would recommend this class to all. I took my CPR class here with George Dougherty. The class presents the material in a very clear and informative way and you get plenty of hands on learning with the mannequins. This school is so great ! When I came in I wasn’t sure of myself but now i know I’ve made the right decision of my life. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging !! When I walked in the door of the American Institute, I really didn’t know what I wanted to do but after going over the medical program, taking a tour and chatting with different departments I felt a caring and supportive team of people who believed in me! The medical assistant program at the American Institute is amazing. Ms. B is one of the best teachers inside the program. Every procedure is hands on and attendance is mandatory. Was EXTREMELY unsure in the beginning but Mr. Doug the director of admissions made me feel super comfortable and made me feel confident in my decision to start on a new path. I was scared to start over but after orientation meeting my teacher Ms. Chrissy and the other students that I am sharing this journey with I do not regret entering the world of massage therapy❤. Grateful for my AI family American Institute has an amazing Dental Assistant program I have learned so much since I been attending. My Teacher Karen Rose A.K.A Ms. K,\n\nI Love this teacher.  She has been very patient with all the students that need help including myself, she teaches in away that you can remember the work you are learning and she never makes anyone feel left-out.  When Ms. K teaches you will learn something and be able to show that you've learned the lecture that she has thought you.  I have been at American Institute since September of last year and I have learned a whole lot form Ms.K.  I cant ask for a better teacher.  Not to mention that Ms. K was Teacher of the year for 2024 because of how she teaches the students in her classes I cant lie Ms. K is the best in my book. I want to start off with the application process. Onboarding was easy and the school hours are very flexible. Doug was very welcoming and understanding. The staff and students are great too. I love that it’s a lot of hands on work. I am supper happy to have the privilge to write how much I enjoy this school American Institute this is the place to be if your tired of the same old song.  I have had all my issue go away thanks to this school I am happy with the way my futrue looks. I have had just about all my bad luck turned to good positive things im not feeling all the stress of life im not focaus on the how will I, but more on the whats next... I have to say big thanks to Mr. Derrick Ratcliff he was the one that introduced me to the school gave me an oppertunity to shine and now here I am. Swab site for Cooper pre-procedure\nAppt was scheduled by Drs Office People are polite and fast.  I was there yesterday for my 1st Covid vaccine. It was run like a well oiled machine. No waiting. Friendly staff. Loved the lady wearing the tutu costume wiping down the chairs & dancing to the 60s music playing. 💗Thank you for making the shot experience non-stressful.💗 Was there for covid testing.  It was fast and efficient.   Was in line for about ten minutes.  Went for my covid test today   About one hour wait..enter for covid-19 testing from hwy 70 Drive thru covid 19 testing very organized and efficient.      i intend to continous with my college in there but i don't know how to start ... ( when , where ... ) ???

We are extremely happy with the level of service provided to our 95 year old Mom by Dottie from Sunlight Care.   We needed a 3 week live-in and Dottie consistently went over and above during her stay.   My Mom, who was reluctant to have a "stranger" living in her home, became so fond of Dottie that she was sorry to see her go.   Mom had a fall in the bathroom during Dottie's stay and she handled it perfectly.   We can't recommend Sunlight enough and will be using them again.  Thank you so much. I called to inquire about employment and services for an elderly person. The person that spoke with me was not pleasant and very short with me.  Didn’t have customer service skills what so ever. Didn’t seem interested in giving me information. Directed me to a website and was cold. I would recommend giving this person more training in people skills. Disappointed!! My mom passed away peacefully at home and Sunlight Care was a significant part of her final days  Their caregivers were kind , supportive, gentle and showed genuine concern and LOVE to mom. They made the last 10 days of her wonderful 93 years a more peaceful and sacred time . Apparently he's in the business of talking down to new clients when they call to ask questions about the nature of his business. I don't understand where that type of professionalism comes from. Not my guy sorry wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Sunlight has provided care for my elderly mother-in-law for the past two years and has done an excellent job.  The caretakers are well trained, professional, friendly, go beyond expectations and have in many ways become part of the family. My family has used Sunlight Care for the past 2 years as my father was experiencing declining health. Sunlight Care did an excellent job of providing care. I would highly recommend them. They really do care!

My mom had money taken out her apartment that only my mom and the home health aid from this place knew where the money was at... There was no break in and not a robbery mess. The person went directly to the spot and took it. Never reported to this place until I was told and I took proper procedures. This place do not investigate nor compensate your loved ones.Please be careful who you hire.  Verilica was my Aid and Vanessa was staff at the office. Verilica was angry because i went\ninto the hospital since it was an emergency i asked her to buy some PJs and bring them there . She was taki g days to bring my PJs like 7. Or more so i called her an she said she left my card with the dezk. The nurses couldn't find my credit card. When i told her i was going to call the police she brought my card. But when i went to use my card the limit was gone my card was used in another state over 100do llars. It was fraud. Vanessa to me when i said i would call the police that my card would be returned when i got out of the hospital whenever what would be. So Verilica also wouldn't do her hours assigned. The office also knew she had another client doing the time she was to be with me. I couldn't help it if i had to be in the hospital. They would do bad things ii guess pray to God they didn't get caught i suppose because she was "God FeAring"  . It was a bad experience
