STCC's Workforce Development Center sits on the historic Springfield Armory campus in the Metro Center neighborhood, blocks from the MGM and the Quadrangle. The CNA Plus program is approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (Division of Health Care Quality Approval #91212P) and exceeds the state's 75-hour minimum, bundling CNA, CPR, Home Health Aide, and Alzheimer's/Neurological Disorders certificates. Graduates are prepared to sit for the Prometric/American Red Cross Massachusetts Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation and have their name placed on the Massachusetts Nurse Aide Registry. MassHire funding is often available to cover tuition.
