 I was very anxious to donate blood as it was my first time, and I could not have possibly had a better experience. The staff was very friendly and I am so thankful for Antoinette who made me feel so comfortable and kept me relaxed throughout my time there. I will be returning to this location! Easy to check in, friendly staff, easy to find the location. Beautifully remodeled Very easy to give. Excellent staff.  Log in system needs improvement Positive upbeat place make u feel important, needed and appreciated. Perfect stick did not feel a thing and did not have to get stuck 10 times. Efficient nurses, friendly staff, a new remodel with lots of blood donation chairs, was a great experience, I'll never go anywhere else to donate! A+++ The people at the American Red Cross in Rock Hill are wonderful. I always get blood there whenever I can.   Simon was very informative and made everything very clear before I donated and we even shared some history. Great guy. Whole staff was amazing. Took great care of me! Excellent care. I'm a regular donor. They always treat me great and are super professional and kind. First time going here. Very nice facility. Not sure if it was me or the staff, but they were not able to draw my blood. Tried twice with no luck. Can't remember that ever happening before. I like this setting, so I will go back whenever I'm able. Good  Great classes and fun too!   ive tryed reach the red cross for over week. ive left messages an 1 of the fire investigators also left a message for them to call her asap. soo far they have never ansered the phone or returned my message as i know yhe have not got back to the fire investigators neither. i know this because she trying help me out. I used to work there for 3+ years and enjoyed it Son and his wife homeless in Rock Hill - called local Red Cross office an hour before closing - got ONLY messages no matter what option I chose.  How can someone on his/her last dime get help when all they would get is voice mail????
