When I first started clinical skills I was super nervous because this was a new journey for me, the medical assistant program and phlebotomy program definitely was a lot, but you made it easy every step of the way, I passed both of my exams and I’m sooooo confident on sticking patients!!! She is always willing to help. I was scared of needles and blood in the beginning but because I have the best mentor I overcame my fear and now loving to drawn blood. Ms. Donna will help you to succeed and never a dull moment in school. She make the learning fun and knowledgeable. I will probably take another skills that her school is offering. My experience at Clinical Skills Training Center was nothing short of amazing. I graduated and received my certification in Phlebotomy in 2021 then came back and graduated and received my certification in Medical Assisting in 2022. Took the CPR course and it was an awesome class! The instructor was very professional and demonstrated everything very effectively.  Would definitely recommend.
