Super patient group of people that genuinely care about your learning. Communication is clear and frequent and they are willing to work with you! I did the blended course and got to take my time on the online part and learned super fast on the in person part! 10/10 recommend!!! I first tried to come here to get my CNA on February 20th. That’s when one of the 17 day classes was supposed to start. I payed the 100$ and waited outside at 7am for no one to show up and I had to go out of my way to call the owner who then blamed me. He changed the dates days before the class was meant to start all the way to March 19. So I waited. Putting my life on hold. I’ve been super excited for class and to become a cna!! And today the owner called me ! The NIGHT before class was going to start! To tell me that the class was not happening! Apparently there aren’t enough students. But that’s what I signed up for, what I payed for, and what I was told to wait for. So if it isn’t something you offer don’t sell it to people. Don’t advertise something you literally CANNOT do because you don’t have enough students. Don’t think the start dates mean anything he will change them days to hours before hand! Good luck dealing with this guy I just graduated from Angels Touch and I can’t speak highly enough of Mrs. Gina, my instructor, and Mr. Lacy. They’re both amazing. Highly recommend this school! I Highly recommend Angel Touch if you wanna begin your nursing career with being a CNA.We had the best instructor Mrs.Gina Williams hands down , Great Skills she explained so clearly. The instructor Catrina is absolutely amazing. She goes through everything very thoroughly and she answers every question you have and helps you anyway she can. The director Andrew is also amazing as well and helps with anything you need. You can tell they both love what they do. Lynn is an amazing teacher! I love the Training Center of NW Georgia. The course of study is very professional. The staff members treated us like family; they care about each one of the students. From the first time I called the center and then was face to face at the center, office manager, Ms. Haley was always so friendly and patiently answered all my questions on CNA classes as well as any questions I had on other certificates and classes.\nDirector Amy is extremely helpful too. She went out of her way to meet any needs. While taking the class my mother-in-law became unexpectedly ill and was in the hospital, so I missed my CNA state exam. She took extra time assisted me on how to reschedule my state exam.\nMs. Lynn was a great CNA teacher. Ms. Eva is also wonderful and an awesome teacher! She explained everything really well and she demonstrated all CNA skills step by step in a detailed and simple way, so it made sense to me. This made it easier for me to remember in order and helped me to be well prepared for the state skills exam! They want every student to succeed.\nThe Center’s classroom is open and provides all materials & equipment for us to practice all skills after classes are completed. The 3 days nursing home practice was priceless, and I saw & learned a lot there too. The center also provides CPR and first Aid weekend classes. Teacher David is a wonderful instructor.\nI would highly recommend The Training Center of NW Georgia for anyone interested in getting a CNA certificate. The center has daytime, nighttime, and weekend class as well. I bet other certificate classes they offer is amazing too. Everything is highly organized, and the classes scheduled & planned very well. From class start to finish, plus taking the state exam in the familiar surroundings of The Center – it is a one stop facility with all you need to obtain your CNA certificate! I love love love this place. Everybody there was amazing from the director to the instructor. Haley is the best. I attended the Phlebotomy program from March 14-May 11, 2023 & I love the program. Fast paced but I was able to keep up. My instructor or as we call her Auntie Ann was the best. She makes sure you understand the material & answer any question you may have. She is very knowledgeable about Phlebotomy. I’m not just saying this just because, I really mean it. My classmates were the best & we still talk & hang out even til this day. They worked with you if something came up. I will be returning to the center in the near future. My experience at this place was nothing short of amazing! Affordability was my #1 for looking into going back to school and this was it for me. Little did I know how amazing and helpful the office staff is! I had Ms. Ann Simica for phlebotomy and words can’t say enough for how great she was. She did everything in her power to make sure we succeeded. That’s probably why we were the most successful class in history. I love this place and would suggest it to anyone! Every one was the sweetest and helped out as much as they could. they welcomed the whole class with open arms i could ask for a better support team  Everything was great!!! The staff has been kind from the very start. Mrs. Chris is an absolutely wonderful instructor who goes above and beyond for her students! I’ve really enjoyed my time in class and learning phlebotomy. I think I may take more classes here I’m still deciding. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication  Mrs. Chris is an awesome teacher. It took me 3 weeks after I got my CNAs to get me a great paying job. I havent finished my education by far. I am in school to become a PCT. Its hard but in the end it will be rewarding. They  accused  me of going in and stealing  the tests  .and if I had done that  don't  you  think that I would have  been at the top of my class.I would not have  failed  .And the staff  there  is too quickly to  judge  a  person  with  out  trying to  find  the  facts before  accusing  them of doing  such a  thing. And  that's  unprofessional conduct  .I would not  recommend this  school to anyone  and the teacher  that I had was supposed to not be coming back  .she was one of them\nThat' accused  accused me of stealing the test. Best school! I’m so blessed to have gotten to get my CNA certification here. Mrs. Lynn is so wise and friendly. Highly recommend you get your certifications at this facility!  We had a great group of girls and the class was a lot of fun. My chief complaint is the staff. We had instructors change in the middle of our class. The new instructor we were assigned was pretty abrasive and terse. Upon getting a new instructor we were asked to accommodate to our new instructors schedule, which many of us could not do as we had already arranged our lives to the existing schedule.   There were members of the office staff that were less than friendly and I was grateful I took the night class so I did not see them much. Be prepared to be around a lot of smokers. Many of the people in the opposite class smoked and our instructor had an overpowering smell of cigarettes. It was just off putting for a non-smoker to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get to class or to your car.
