  Arezoo is the best person I have been able to meet on this journey of improving my education, very professional, attentive and always willing to help you, she is an hope in this world and a fundamental part of this student community. I am very grateful for the opportunities she has given me. I went here for an animation class a few years ago. The guy who was teaching was a "Former" Disney animator. He looked like the same guy who was the guy I reported to for D.E.J. (*Deffered Entry of Judgement*) and child protection services. I was also walked around to each classroom and felt I was being shown off to RN's in Training and Dental assistance  in training who were told to make sure I received the bare minimum in care it they ever had me or to provide false diagnosis. I've been a victim of it my whole life. Last time I was abused I had a Doctor try to tell me it was a splinter on the Skin of my hand for my hand swelling up and my thumb feeling like it was broken and an RN telling me what difference does it make it's a fake Diagnosis anyways.     I and another female  student saw a male student take a pictures of our butts in class with out our consent and when we reported it to principle they said unless the picture was posted online there was nothing they can do he’s free to take pictures of whatever and whom ever he wants not only did i feel violated my rights felt violated the way they handled the matter was very unprofessional and i had no right to say anything or speak up for myself it was all hear say in there eyes falsely accusing someone with out an actual photo to prove by then he would have deleted it and he’s an adult he doesn’t have to show them or admit to taking any photos yet he had the right to take a picture of me and the other female. We both witness it as well and we both were discredited. They failed to handle the matter in a proper way by either removing him out of the class or telling him to not take picture of us but yet said he has every right this school is a joke they only want you there just so all the test you take gets them money from the state so numbers matter the more student there are taking test the more money they get. I wouldn’t  recommend this school to anyone and i will be filing a complaint with the board of education. Excelente escuela,muy buen personal. I was trying to contact the school and the instructor  too but I don't think they want to help adult student. It was good program but I do not want to go back. Be Warned! Certificate put on hold. Uses students as class assistant for free. Not a very professional school to attend to. way much better to  choose community college over this school. Start here and go anywhere with degrees and transfers in many programs (Agriculture, Computer Science, Law Enforcement, Nursing, Psychology and more!) I’m interested in enrolling classes at your institution it asked me for an email and password on the website for a portal access so I could look at some classes to see what I might take. However, the access to the website needs a portal name and password just to browse! That’s ridiculous. I would at least look at some classes or have some kind of access to your guises institution without having to fill out an application first.   Best college in the whole country. The staff is super nice. The math teachers are super hero’s . The English teachers are a little racist but you can shut them up real quick because the college takes the students back. Almost all that get to the field are failed by the FTO paramedics for their lack of knowledge and training due to Butte colleges scam of a paramedic program. The didactic hours don't even come close to what the other schools are offering. Its really sad to see such corruption within the local community college just so that a few ppl can collect an easy paycheck... Thank you to the two officers that helped me unlock my truck! I'll give 3 stars for the overall hands-on exam experience. I won't recommend the RQI to everyone. Maybe it is better to get the instructor lead course. RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) tests your skills with a VAM (Voice Assisted Manikin). I'm 5'8'' and this was a horrendous experience. I could not raise the bed to perfume the CPR or I at least I did not see any instruction on how to do so. In relation to the table, I was either too tall or too short. Even the stool was doing little to assist. During the rescue breathing it became more difficult. The space is too tiny, or the setup was put up incorrectly.\nThe adult manikin's head was pointing toward the cabinet. While crouched to provide rescue breathing, I could barely function between the bed and the cabinet. I strongly advise them to relocate the table to the center of the room rather than the corner. By the way, it was difficult to comprehend and follow the audio instructions. And I suppose that's why so many people fail the test 4-5 times before passing it, because with that kind of teaching, you're just stunned right there. Seriously, how could I get out of that cramped space into CPR position in less than 5 seconds unless I threw the mask on the floor on my way to the table? If I did, the next time I had to perform rescue breathing, I'd have to hunt for the mask on the floor first, which would take longer than 5 seconds! Wonderful training, self directed just perfectly. Modules and in person skills training AI guided me all the way. The process of registration was very easy and I got my ecard right away! Wendy is very good! She likes to joke around to keep the class awake but she does gets her message across and get serious because this is about saving other people’s lives! She covered everything that was very important and giving us pointers and things to remember to identify what steps to follow in each cases we encounter in the future! I did BLS and ACLS Heartcode through STS Sacramento. Both have *excellent* AHA online didactic content and then efficient, convenient in-person skills testing! Nice to be able to do the didactic and skills testing separately, when they fit in my schedule.   Awesome staff, inutitive process. The process of registering all the way to getting the e-card was easy, smooth and intuitive. I misspelled my email in the registration and could not get the link for the online course. The staff worked with me to figure out the issue and fix it before the skills test class. The program they use for delivering their tests and online course is intuitive and great! Excellent way to renew BLS - entire process was simple and easy from beginning to end. Highly recommend! The class was very organized and flowed very smoothly. They took good care with Covid precautions. Easy to register for BLS CLASS online. Instructor was very helpful to everyone in class. Pointed out important things to remember for exam taken at the end of course. Plan to register for course again in 2 years.  Wendy is quick and efficient, and gives helpful assists for exam prepping. Overall, a great experience!         teacher  have high knowledge of the subject matter. Active  class participation was encourage.Good atmosphere..  The class was easy to find and started right on time. The instructor was very helpful and the class was very informative and helped me gain all the knowledge I need for BLS. The instructor was very thorough and explained everything to us while maintaining cleanliness and social distancing.   I took CPR/BLS training today for the first time ever and the instructor, Wendy Simmons, was very informative and humorous. She gave a lot of great tips and tricks that are easy to remember and my classmates were helpful as well. Also, the class environment followed COVID safety guidelines and felt safe. It didn't take very long to receive the certification - I received it on the same day I took the class. I like that they send text reminders about when your training is and how easy it is to navigate their website for information. I will be coming back to renew my certification in 2 years. Thank you!  Not only was the online course very thorough and informative, the in class skilled testing was too. Each of us students illustrated what we learned one by one and were guided all throughout the demonstration.   Karl was a fantastic instructor and made the whole time enjoyable with a great sense of humor in addition to conveying the necessary information. I highly recommend Safety Training  Seminars for your lifesaving training needs. This was my second class with Wendy. She answered  all questions from the class and explained the changes  due to Covid-19. The class was very comfortable and clean. I will continue my renewal of BLS with her.  Thank you Wendy. Never repeat questions that have been asked yet by co student. Use our coconut shell to figure out things and obviously answer. The lecture was informative, and they will show those care stuffs and paraphernalia that we usually encounter when we do actual care to our patient. Northern California HealthCare Institute provide me with more knowledge of Healthcare as I am trying to prepare for a new career as Nurse Assistant. The school was very organize with their learn skills. If you are looking to become a CNA, I would definitely recommend NCHI!    I decided to take NATP with NCHI because I wanted to get healthcare experience as a CNA in order to go to PA school. The six weeks at NCHI was awesome. The teacher was incredible at teaching  and the six weeks went by very fast. My favorite part was making new friends among my class and having a ton of fun. NATP was the highlight of my summer. I would recommend NCHI to anyone wanting to learn how to be a great CNA while at the same time enjoying the process.

The teacher really put her heart and soul to accomplish the goal of education. It’s an honor to be a part of Academy of Health Careers I would avoid this CNA school. The owner/instructor often showed up late for class and left early, the classroom was poorly prepared to conduct required CNA skill training, the classroom has no sink or running water to practice handwashing skills, patient mouth care or many patient cleaning skills, the owner spent most of her time talking on her cell phone and not teaching the required skills to pass the state test, resulting with poor state pass rate. Fantastic Class size, easy parking that really helps if running late.. right at Southland Mall for food
