 Wasn't happy with website or information I'm a volunteer with the American red Cross and there was nobody in the office to talk to you that day I'm glad they are here to help allot of people who needs it. Helpful dedacoted staff. They provide outstanding support for the community Wonderful volunteers who serve East Texas on a daily basis and staff who support them. There is a review below mentioning a  Lieutenant (Red Cross does not have that) and I think the person is mistaken this agency for a different agency The old guy that runs the shelter is burned out. Constantly threatening the people there. He is negative most of the time. Lots of emotional stress. He is no help or encouragement. The Lieutenant's no about the problem but do nothing. Easier for them to not to have to deal with it. Donated whole blood
