  I went to the red cross at a church in Goshen, NY to donate blood after having antibodies from COVID. When I got there everyone was super nice and the pre screening was going smoothly. When I was ready to give blood the phlebotomist had no idea what she was doing. She put the needle in one arm and messed it up so badly she gave me a hematoma. She proceeded to stick me in me other arm, again not doing it correctly. I ended up not even giving any blood because it was such a bad job. Almost two weeks later I still have bruises on both of my arms from her. Red cross should get people who know what they are doing.
