Very efficient at their job  I donate here frequently & the staff is great! I always have a good experience here. Knowledgeable workers and very little wait time Horrible customer service. Super friendly staff, in and out in like 35 mins w an appointment Giving blood was fine, no problems. However after the initial donation, they call me multiple times per week bordering on harassment. Walked in to give blood didn't have to wait but a few minutes before they took me back and gave blood Friendly staff and a convenient location. I used to donate blood at drives in the community (churches, schools, etc). Now that I discovered this location I will never go back! The staff are well trained and seem happier here, not having to travel and set up at remote sites and their equipment is always right at hand. I have never been delayed for an appointment and when using Rapid Pass, I'm in & out in about 20 minutes. Comfortable environment and good snacks for post-donation. Highly recommend!! Staff are always friendly. Never wait long to be taken in. The donation room is big with lots of chairs. The chairs are designed specifically for blood donation. Some Red Cross locations or drives have you lay on folding tables, but not here. Clean, quiet and comfortable facility, and friendly staff. Nicest blood donation experience I've ever had! Kind reception and prompt attention. Great place for training  Very refreshing went to donate blood actually don't know why that goodwill popped up but it's good to know where one is at. Went for a CPR class. Instructor was late. Only had one mannequin in each size and 1 AED for a whole class to demonstrate on. Most of the information she gave was not the same as the information in the online portion of the class either.\nExample online said consider a child under 8 and 55lbs to use an AED like a pediatric patient. She said 10 and 65lbs ... anyway let's see how long for the cards now.  Very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.  Great cause to keep going back for.  Excellent. Very good service. Every time I go here it's always a very pleasant experience! The staff is very friendly and excellent at what they do. The snacks and drinks are nice afterwards too!  An amazing place and company to work for Great friendly service, always do a great job taking my blood and  making me feel comfortable while doing so 5 stars top to bottom.    The Staff are quite well trained. Kind and considerate.  I'm always treated well.\nThe staff is friendly and professional!  I have been donating at this for a long time. Always very professional and friendly.
