Quick and easy blood donation People working there were awesome! It was my first time giving blood and they helped me be relaxed and walked me through the whole process, I can’t wait to be able to donate again! Very nice people.  Nice and clean facility.  Have  another appointment this time to donate platelets and plasma.  I have never donated blood or platelets,  plasma  in my life.  But now it will be a regular thing for me.  Donate and save lives. The staff will definitely take care of  you .  I surely recommend this location if it's convenient for you. Always treated with care!!! I always enjoy my experience here. Complained that my wife - who is handicapped - was THREE MINUTES late for her appointment , and that they "were waiting" for her.\n\nThey also mentioned that they attempted to call her earlier in the day to schedule an earlier appointment, which was not possible for us, due to a prior engagement.  So it would appear that the staff had to stay a bit later on a Sunday afternoon than they wanted to.\n\nThe American Red Cross would do well to remind their staff that the donors are the reason they have jobs. That the staff is there FOR the DONORS - not the other way around.
