I am a survivor of hurricane idalia when FEMA was called they helped by mail, I called Red Cross & they came out   Dedicated to helping people..\nThank you. MY HUSBAND IS A PARAMEDIC WITH LEON EMS. WE HAD OUR AWARDS CEREMONY OVER THERE WITH BBQ TO FOLLOW. EMS AND REDCROSS DO ALOT TOGETHER AND MAKE A GREAT TEAM. I contacted them to hope to donate items that will go 100 percent to those in need but everybody seem to want to sale your items knowing when selling is mentioned, 100 percent of the profit WON'T go to those in need. So you just as well donate to greedy hungry GoodWill that is local... No one is on-site to mange thus place. Rented space and no one was there to unlock door as promised. The event Trainer had to use her resources calling around until she reached someone. Z d I got cursed out by my CEO because the facility wasn't open.  The first time I visited the RED CROSS, I was very impressed.   Her during hurricane Michael I had a horrible experience and won't go through it again   We have done work at the American Red Cross - Tallahassee for almost a year now. Its always a pleasure to be surrounded by people who has a passion for what they do on a daily basis. I’ve witness them serve our communities in need during the natural disaster (Hurricane Michael) was nothing short of incredible. Kudos to your whole team and organization! I have been volunteering for 37 years.   We arranged for a speaker to come to our office for a luncheon during National Safety Week.  No one ever showed up or called to say he/she couldn't make it.  Very disappointing. My job holds meetings here
