Donated platelets. It takes some time but is worthwhile l. All staff very kind and friendly. Will return as soon as possible. I did the online cpr course and it did not go well at ALL.  The entire time even after I took the course it kept erasing my saved progress and took 6 times to get my completion certificate.  I needed  this for employment but it was a nerve wrecking experience.  Next time going to use a different place. I can't recommend them I would be lying if I said it wasn't stressful for  me. If I had gone to a skills session and paid before double checking the course progress I would of been out of my money a d time because they would of turned me away due to their own tech glitch. Another woman reported the same happened to her so consider yourself Warned. Finally got my completed certificate in my email after many attempts to contact support. I love going to this Red Cross location to donate, always an amazing staff 💖 I gave blood a couple of yime inbhihh school and college.  When my father got sick, I started donating as often as I could.  The process is quick and aside from the "quick pinch," relatively painless.    Good staff and quiet atmosphere.  Everyone knows what they are doing and makes you feel welcome and appreciated. 工作人員親切熱心。   Great staff. The donation was delightful.  It's the best thing you could ever do!  You will feel good after wards.  Yeah you will! Very friendly people Love the friendliness of this location and having a vet take my blood donation! I have been giving blood at the prince street location for well over 5 years. The staff are always friendly and caring. I never leave with any bruising after I give blood, great place to give blood with great staff. Please  consider donoring The American red Cross is truly an amazing institution.\nMy experience here is solely with the phlebotomists and donating blood.  When I was taken in, man by the name of Robert did my intake he was truly helpful friendly and a fun.  The door greeter / volunteer on was also friendly and everyone made sure that my time there was enjoyable and they made sure that I knew that I was appreciated.   They make donating blood a wonderful and enjoyable experience  Friendly, knowledgeable staff for the most part. Some less donor friendly people are employed there but they are few. Nice workers but i wish they did more to make it seem less like your at the hospital for something bad and more like your donating blood to help people you dont even know (Proud, Happy, Exciting)
