Volunteer   I have taken classes with the American Red Cross multiple times.  I recently registered on April 9th for a class taking place this Friday.  Today I received an email saying my certification is about to expire and register today and save 20% off a class to renew.  I am quite upset that after contacting someone I am told that I can not take advantage of this discount because I have already registered. I don't understand why when I received the initial email 2 weeks ago saying my membership is about to expire that email didn't have the same offer in it.  Two years ago when I took the course I only took the CPR/AED portion, this time I am doing the step above and added First Aid which is a more expensive class.  When it comes time to renew again in 2 years for my CPR I will be finding another place to go through, I am very displeased!
