I've donated blood here many many times Professional, caring staff.  Gave a double red donation today in Saratoga.....ALL the staff were beyond wonderful! Everyone there is great and professional Very friendly and professional.  This kication is well placed for the services it offers. Clean, well lit parking lot. I found the course work current, the trainers are professional and well trained. More of the syllabus has mixed online, however their estimated time to complete the online portion was sorely underestimated.  Give yourself a gew hours more than what they say it should take to complete the online part. This Red Cross site has an exceptionally professional and friendly staff. I hardly felt the stick and as a needle-phobic person, I really appreciate that. They also have great snacks. Bravo!  As usual I went there to donate platelets, which I have been doing for several years. The process went well, but I have some small bruises after. The ladies there were quite nice. The day after I felt a bit tired and overly sleepy, which is somewhat common for me. (Although the weather might have been a factor too.) Still, I like donating platelets, in spite of the discomforts. (And I was finally able to get a nice T-shirt!!!, but XXL doesn't fit me. Oh well!!!)  ARC thorough, very informative. I was there making a platelet donation. The crew is very efficient and professional. They all have a big heart and are very courteous. I look forward to my next donation appointment. I have no complaints from the use of scheduling link to the gentleness of the needle poking. Takes about an hour I didn’t know my wife and I had to mention the $10 gift cards and to enter the travel trailer drawing. We gave blood yesterday and didn’t know to mention it. Also, is there antibody testing right now?  If so, we didn't know to mention that either.  That would be good to know as I don't think we ever had COVID.  Maybe we were asymptomatic.\nWe went to the Kinderhook Elks.  Process was efficient.  Recommend making an appointment for blood drives as the last two were crazy long waits. PLEASE DONATE BLOOD!!! The only negative side is that donation process takes around an hour. I think it shouldn’t take more than 30 min.   Donated my 6th unit of blood.  I enjoy visiting the American Red Cross Blood donor center over local blood drives, because the staffing is more consistent, the surroundings much more congenial, and the temperature is comfortable.  (Most blood drives are in large, drafty rooms, sometimes gyms and in the winter are cold)  The entire process, from intake to finishing my juice and cookies, took only an hour. The staff is very helpful and informative.  Donating blood is so important to the health care process.  You should give it some thought! It's the one nice thing you and your family can do together and it does not cost  you a penny!  Plus they have great cookies and drinks.
