Friendly customer service. Knowledgeable staff.  Teacher was amazing but it was a problem when it came to me receiving my certification it took almost 5 months calling leaving voicemails never got a response till I called the nursing board and was told  my test was never turned in then when my certification came I went up to school and from me ringing the door bell to banging  on the door whole time she was in there ignoring me I don’t know what her problem was but very unprofessional Schooling was great the problem came with receiving my license after i successfully completely the classes and state exam!  I went to this program approximately two and half years ago received my certification and started working the field immediately and still working at the same place I did my clinicals at. Mrs.Crowder was very helpful and informative  my class size was small so I had plenty one on one training if your serious about your education I wouldn't hesitate to return to further my education. Paid my up front amount of $325 and a family emergency came up to where I wouldn't be able to attend the class so I asked for a refund which the paper clearly states I can get one, when I asked the guy was rude and had a bad attitude and he's not even the one who has to retund me, there's nothing on the paper that's states I have to tell why I want a refund and it states I can get my money back no matter when the class starts, I have 3 days to get a full refund and after that it'll be a percentage, I went back the next day and that's when the guy got upset and told me the lady was busy and to come back tomorrow, I return the next day no one is there, no answer on the phone or the door my third day to get a full refund is tomorrow so if I don't get a response today, my lawyer and I will be there tomorrow  They offer small classes, convenient class times and are very affordable. Juliet is committed and concerned about your learning, and she wants every student to succeed.
