 American red cross does alot for people Very helpful staff Needed a CPR class/certification in Boston and found this location pretty convenient off the highway.\nAdult CPR instructor Rick was pleasant and I was in-and-out in 2hrs.\nStation Landing Garage (Wellington T Stop) right next to building - $3 for 2hrs… You go through the cumbersome process of looking for a volunteer opportunity you're qualified for, create an account and submit resume and other qualifications to be abruptly informed by email that interest in is no longer being accepted for it. Why is it still on your website? That's after waiting weeks for your application to even be acknowledged. Why bother? What a terribly managed operation. It's a bureaucracy that doesn't work well. Dont waste your time coming here for training. The Red Cross is a #1 class act organization that provides aid assistance to those in need both nationally and internationally Found out they're closed and they give you the telephone run around. Excellent experience loved     I love the American Red Cross especially emergency STAT transportation    The training was awesome. Had a great time CPR class was interesting and working in teams was helpful.  Nice people, great new clean office space. Excellent training session on CPR/AED & First Aid. The instructor for the course was engaging and personable and really taught us all a lot. Very nice guy and an excellent instructor. I highly recommend this Red Cross for classes. Easy to donate blood
