So I paid 450 to start this class in January. My daughter father just pass away and I recently moved, the fact that I did not work all of December and now a single mother of two. life was so hard and still his at first I told Ms Bolden that I did not even have internet to start the class because and first I thought it was a in person class and not a online class I try and they was no way I could come up with the 780 dollars remaining I asked her please bear with me and give me some time because if I start I could not pay  she said it would cost me $100 more and I should let her know when I am ready.  I few friends at church decided to help me and I texted Ms Bolden to make her aware she said the time as pass and I would have to pay every thing all over again imagine I explained my situation to her and this is how she treated me when I am at my worst.  find a school that the person in charge actually have a heart and not just about money. teal disappointed in Bolden and how she handled my situation after I have explained the hardship I am facing.  Don't make the same mistake I made beware. I enjoyed true heart training with Ms pate I was so comfortable with the students inside the class room True Heart training was the best program I ever attended and am so glad I did\nI did my 4 weeks training back in January and am now a CNA certificated Ms. Pate was a great instructor well knowledgeable and our CPR instructor Ms Bolden was so great am so happy I came across this program go a lot of knowledge and engagement from them and I will carry it along the way never give up until you make it and never be too comfortable where you’re always strive for more and always treat everyone with love and respect no one is better then the other\nIf I would give this program more stars I wish I would because they have impacted me a lot and made me see so much confident in myself\n🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I highly recommend true heart training!\nI took both my cna and cma and passed !\nThe teachers are like family and will do anything to help you accomplish your goals!!!\nDon’t hesitate to follow your dreams\nSign up and get them started ❤️ Because I enrolled early on before my class started I had plenty of time to study….I really enjoyed the experience and the instructor was amazing I highly recommended this place….Believe in yourself the possibilities are limitless.( love and gratitude) to the Most High I’m so grateful and thankful for the next chapter…. Ms.Bolden was an amazing instructor who was very thorough and detailed. I was able to get an appointment for my renewal with no hassle or complications. The website was very easy to navigate as well.  She ensured I understood everything and was very patient with me. I will be sure to continue to come to True Heart Training for anything I may need as well as refer them to people!!! I would honestly recommend this training facility five star is not enough. The staff was always on point. With my 12 hours work schedule it was very challenging no one wanted to accommodate my schedule it was my last straw until speaking with the staff at True Heart Training. I was so happy to hear they said " we will work with you , we will create a schedule that best suits you. They were very patient always  willing to go above and beyond to ensure the students received the best training. THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE Ms.Bolden was a great instructor I had such an amazing time while attending class to get my CNA license……...
